Jessica has 20 years of experience in architecture, construction, facilities and project management. She has managed complex projects and facilities, including biotech/R&D labs, light assembly, medical & dental clinics, corporate offices, restaurants, conference spaces and fitness centers. Jessica uses her extensive knowledge to help her clients navigate complex projects and to be a trusted advisor to her clients. Her focus is to lead and manage projects and to build strong, lasting client relationships.

As owner’s representative, Jessica oversees all phases of project delivery including initiation, design, permitting, construction and occupancy. She is responsible for project cost, schedule, quality control, risk mitigation and communication. Her leadership is critical when working cooperatively with owners, executives, stakeholders, public agencies and corporate real estate partners. She is well-versed in building project teams and facilitating collaboration between disciplines. Jessica strives to add value for her clients by identifying effective solutions to meet project goals.
